JASON S. ROSENThAL
Jason is a founding member of American Working Capital working in AWC's New York office where he is active in originating and managing AWC’s private investments and advising select clients. Prior to founding AWC, Jason was an Investment Professional at The Yucaipa Companies, a multi-billion dollar investment fund. At Yucaipa, Jason focused on originating and executing buyout and growth capital investments across a variety of industries. Prior to Yucaipa, Jason was a Vice President at a boutique investment bank where he led transactional assignments across a multitude of industry segments. Earlier in his career, Jason was a Senior Associate at Valuemetrics Advisors, Inc., where he advised management teams and institutional trustees on a range of topics including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, valuation and strategic financial advisory with a specific emphasis on ESOPs.
Jason graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in economics and received an M.B.A. with dean’s honors from the Graduate School of Business at Columbia University where he is a regular guest lecturer on the topic of ESOP's and corporate governance.
Jason is currently a board member of Geokinetics.
